tomorrow's the big BIG day. the 1st day of puase. no eating nor drinking till 7 plus at night. that should be alright, shudnt it? it should be a piece of cake considering i've started fasting at the age of 5. piece of cake la.
and not only will i get to slim down, i'll get to save money too! no spending on fuudd!! but wait. money saved from not eating means that i get more money to shop! NOT GOOD PPL. NOT GOOD AT ALL!!
fasting is all about resisting temptation. be it the temptation to food, the urge to smoke, etc. so i guess one of the temptation I haf to resist is - the temptation of shopping. i can do it, ryte ppl?
