Bluetooth manual seal hasn't been broken yet. the casing has never been used ( i have anoder similiar one, thats why i didn't use this particular one) and the bluetooth device itself, you can say it's totally brand new coz i've only tried it when i got home and that's it. never been exposed to sun. and i guarantee u, NO EARWAX! =)
bluetooth is compatible to ALL hp models that has bluetooth function! =)
