FINALLY !

3 weeks of holidays are here for me to perk me up! no more 6 45 morning alarm ringing off. no more worrying whether i wud make it on tym to sch. no more teaching nagging and best of all, NO MORE PHASE TEST!! yahooo...!! =) lookin' for 4 my i-wish-i-get-selected Industrial Attachment. ( IA ) i hope i wudnt haf to go to CPTC to learn. =(

anyways.

was out yesterday with hym. on the way back from PP, a few bus-stops away, the vacant 196 bus broke down! its a good ting it broke down at a bus stop. thats a gd ting for me coz if it were to break down in the middle of the road, where are we suppose to wait for the nx bus?! plus, it will also create a massive traffic JAM!! [ oh boy. tat wud be a sight. ]

he told me tat one tym, he board a bus and it broke down and the ppl on board were given a COMPLIMENTARY ride each. i was kinda lookin forward for it. [ haha. sori ah. i've never boarded a broken down bus before so tat y im jakon. so cannot blame me okie? haha. ] but pffft. fat hope. we still had to pay for the nx trip. bloody biskut!

i dun reli no wat else to say so im gonna post the pics we took while waiting for the next 196 bus to arrive at the scene of crime.. err.. i mean.. err.. oh NVM.


i like tat one in color mode among all the 16 "poses". haha.

i wanna catch some shut eyes. toodles.. =)

last sun, 18/06/06 was father's cheese day for me. lol.

my tummy was blissfully bless (roll eyes) with his cookin. =) on his cooking list was ;
*- Oreo Cheesecake
*- Cordon Bleu
*- Fusillin eh wait, i duno la. it's either with a 'C' or a 'S' in Alfredo sauce

all of which, involves CHEESE. and coincidentally, i happen to adore cheese. lol.

now, lets start cookin shall we?

OREO CHEESECAKE
----------------------------

1 : Beat the butter and sugar togeder BUT beat the butter till' white 1st.

2 : Add the grinded "Digestives" to 1.

3 : Cover the base of the "container" with 2. Put it in the fridge after its done.

4 : Beat the cream chesses till it soften, then add grinded oreo.

4.1 : it shud look like tis.

5 : Boil a pot of water, pour gelatine powder in & stir till' it dissolves.

6 : Pour 5 into 4.1 and it shud look smtin like this.

7 : If everythings goes according to plan, u'll get THIS. Fridge it till it hardens and VOILA!

Cordon Bleu
------------

1 : Wash the chicken.

2 : Butterfly the chicken. tat means u spread the chicken out by slicing it.

3 : Soften the meat by "hammering" it. lol.


4 : Roll the chicken together with cheese using the transparent film. *drool*

5 : If it's sucessfully rolled, it shud look smtin like this.

6 : Let it get all rolled up in tat film for a while. when u can't wait any longer, dip it in egg, cover it with bread crumbs and FRY IT!

7 : When it's cooked, cut & it's ready to be serve.

FUSILLIN IN ALFREDO SAUCE
---------------------------------

1 : Boil the pasta.

2 : Pan fry the chopped garlic & bell pepper & onions.

3 : Next add the pasta.

4 : Add full cream milk to 3. after tat add cheese. =)

5 : And ur done!

Serve with CORDON BLEU can u're all SET TO EAT. =)

had major fun going to his house. i feel welcomed by his mom n dad n kakak & not forgetting SPOTTY!! she welcome everyone. ahakz. vevel's mood was gud! [ thumbs-up ] i got to stroke her dropping-fur body. wEeeE..



cats a lovable creatures. there're so smart and so.. MANJE!! i loike. lol. they love a good rub all over their body. hehe. vevel, so far, the tricks that i've seen her doing - how to salam, stand up on her leg and jump up to the dustbin. oh ya. she also knows how to eat and her most featured act, SLEEP!!



she sleeps all day long i tell ya!! to some, its just a normal things a cat can do. but forgive me for being so jakon. [ i heard u guys laugh!! ] u see. i've never-ed fancied cats before he came along. his cats are so adorable, it'll be a waste if i do not play & stroke & touch 'em. furthermore, his cat, VEVEL is superly-duperly cute!! flat round face. hanging tummy. fluffy fur. playful tail and plus she's a cat!! who can resist a cat like VEVEL. =)

besides stroking & playing & chasing & letting SPOTTY suck on my finger [ im not sick hor! she still small. so she's looking for her momsie breast! and she once sucked on his nipple coz SPOTTY mistakenly thought tat, tat was her momsie's breast. wEeEe!! ] i chilled with his sizzie. we play poker. and guess who won? ehem!! you still duno who?? of coz me la. lol. he lost all the way. u suck baby. nyaha. =PpPp

it'll be my 1st day of work today. arrghh. jus by having the thought, i feel butterflies in my tummy. i'll be starting werk in which department i duno which dept i'll be getting. i hope its an easy dept. =) nk keje senang je aku. heheh.

freakingly cold in tis lab! im wearing a jacket and yet the coldness pierce through the jacket. brrr.. combination of rain, cold weather & air-con is a miss-matched!! double-brrr!!!

i met up with alfiah, yana & fyza. you see, today is alfiah's & fyza's 18th BIRTHDAY!!! [ woit! da lepas club oit. ahakz. ] hence the meeting. although it was just for a short while, it enuff to let out the "miss" feeling we've been having.

gosh. it's been a while since i last met 'em all. no wonder i miss them oh-so dearly. aww.. shugs. =) *huggies u guys*

alfiah [A] & her hym brought along ryan, A's cuzzin. how sweet. =) i of coz pulled hym along. =) i've always been meeting his frenz. so now it's tym for hym to hang out wit my frenz. lol. yana [Y] came with her hym & of coz fyza [F] was there too! [ lyk duh! its her bdae! ] so we slack for awhile at taka's steps [ we're NOT mina & mat ehk! ] before proceding to youth park to haf our meal. well technically, only one of us, [Y's hym's fren. u get me?? ] had his meal there. so we slack there for ard an hr or so.

A didn't follow us to Y.P coz she was catching a movie - X-men : The Last Stand, with her hym and ryan.

but before meeting all of them, i spent my afternoon with MY hym. =) ahakz. strolled aimlessly along the streets and malls around town - not productive but yet quality bonding tym. nyaha. chilled over at Mc Cafe for a cup of hot chocolate. lots of pix taken - both good & bad. and when i say its bad it's BAD & ugly.
