last sun, 18/06/06 was
my tummy was blissfully bless (roll eyes) with his cookin. =) on his cooking list was ;
*- Oreo Cheesecake
*- Cordon Bleu
*- Fusillin eh wait, i duno la. it's either with a 'C' or a 'S' in Alfredo sauce
all of which, involves CHEESE. and coincidentally, i happen to adore cheese. lol.
now, lets start cookin shall we?
OREO CHEESECAKE
----------------------------

1 : Beat the butter and sugar togeder BUT beat the butter till' white 1st.

2 : Add the grinded "Digestives" to 1.

3 : Cover the base of the "container" with 2. Put it in the fridge after its done.

4 : Beat the cream chesses till it soften, then add grinded oreo.

4.1 : it shud look like tis.

5 : Boil a pot of water, pour gelatine powder in & stir till' it dissolves.

6 : Pour 5 into 4.1 and it shud look smtin like this.

7 : If everythings goes according to plan, u'll get THIS. Fridge it till it hardens and VOILA!
Cordon Bleu
------------

1 : Wash the chicken.

2 : Butterfly the chicken. tat means u spread the chicken out by slicing it.

3 : Soften the meat by "hammering" it. lol.


4 : Roll the chicken together with cheese using the transparent film. *drool*
5 : If it's sucessfully rolled, it shud look smtin like this.

6 : Let it get all rolled up in tat film for a while. when u can't wait any longer, dip it in egg, cover it with bread crumbs and FRY IT!

7 : When it's cooked, cut & it's ready to be serve.
FUSILLIN IN ALFREDO SAUCE

1 : Boil the pasta.

2 : Pan fry the chopped garlic & bell pepper & onions.

3 : Next add the pasta.

4 : Add full cream milk to 3. after tat add cheese. =)

5 : And ur done!
Serve with CORDON BLEU can u're all SET TO EAT. =)
